Steaks & Chicken

BABY BACK RIBS
   Apple wood and hickory smoked baby back ribs cooked to perfection
   and brushed with a sweet and bold BBQ sauce.  Served with french fries
   and a side of coleslaw.  1/2 RACK: 16   FULL RACK: 20

10 oz STUFFED PORT CHOP  14
   Bone in pork chop stuffed with our house stuffing and grilled to
   perfection.  Served with a mushroom risotto.

   Tender, juicy 6 oz. top sirloin charbroiled to perfection.

8 oz. BACON WRAPPED FILLET  20
   Thick cut tenderloin, wrapped with slices of apple wood bacon, charbroiled
   to perfection.

16 oz. HOUSE CUT RIBEYE  18
   A full pound of perfectly marbled ribeye steak, hand cut and dusted with
   our secret seasoning then charbroiled to perfection just the way you want it.

   Our 6 oz. top sirloin paired with our famous shrimp on the half shell.

   Mahi Mahi broiled just right with garlic chili sauce and served on a bed of
   Jamaican salsa.  Served with amushroom risotto.

   Atlantic salmon filets grilled to perfection with butter and our house
   seasoning.  Served with a mushroom risotto.

   Jumbo breaded shrimp deep fried to a golden brown and served with
   cocktail sauce and lemon wedge.
